However, you will remain bound by all elements of these Terms of Service, including, without limitation, ownership obligations, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and liability limits, which will survive termination.

If you are discovered to be a repeat offender of the Content & Copyright Policy and/or these Terms of Service by Crypto Merch, your access to the site will be terminated.

If you breach these Terms of Service, Crypto Merch may, but is not bound to, issue you one warning before terminating your account.

By accepting the terms and conditions, the user agrees to pay Crypto Merch the full price for the order they placed with them. However, Crypto Merch has no control over the amount charged by the user’s bank for their Crypto Merch purchase, and Crypto Merch disclaims all duty in this regard.
